We are writing this email to thank you and your staff for the extraordinary experience we had purchasing our 2011 Ever-lite by Evergreen. It was a wonderful and stress free experience starting with our negotiations prior to the sale and ending with our purchase. Our salesman, Craig, was always eager to listen, inform, and keep us up to date as our rig was shipped from Indiana to Sutton’s. We have never made such a purchase from any out-of-state dealership (since we reside in AZ) and were extremely impressed with the ease in which it all took place.
Despite the “challenge” presented when we arrived in Oregon to pick up our Ever-lite–because a window broke during the rigs transport from Indiana to Sutton’s–your general manager handled the situation in a very professional, respectful, and sensitive manner. After the situation was taken care of, we had the pleasure of meeting many of your other team members including Mark and Tom and were, once again, impressed with their professional warmth and commitment to do all they could to make our experience with Sutton’s a wonderful one.
We want you to know that, prior to our purchase from your dealership, we visited your website often and read about your dealership in various magazines. Your dealership was rated as one of the most reputable on the west coast which is what encouraged us, initially, to make contact with you regarding our purchase. And let’s be candid, many people have had very disappointing experiences both during and after their purchase of an RV and we did not want that to happen to us.
We want to, again, thank you and your team for such a wonderful experience and also want you to know that we will enthusiastically recommend Sutton’s to anyone interested in purchasing an RV, even if they live in a state other than Oregon.
