Hello Mr. Sutton,
My name is Jim McDonough and I took delivery of a Komfort Resort trailer last Friday. Pat Tallerday did the walk through at delivery and was excellent. He answered all my questions and more importantly he was very patient. This is my first RV and I am a novice at all things RV. I have never towed anything. Pat never laughed at me and was very thorough in explaining the trailer’s features. He even offered to help me install the equalizer hitch the next day before my 4 hour drive back to Puyallup, WA. On Saturday my family showed up to retrieve our new trailer and Pat was there as promised to demonstrate the equalizer hook-up process. When it was complete he asked if I had a brake controller. I told him that we have a new GMC Denali that came with a tow package, so I thought we were okay. Pat offered to check for me and discovered that it was pre-wired for a brake controller, not installed. So I was prepared to head out to the nearest GMC dealership for a few hours delay to get a new brake controller. Pat then said that he can sell me one and even offered to install it for me. He took me tin the store and showed me the two available and let me decide. There was no one on duty to take my money so Pat said I could settle up on Monday over the phone. I was flabbergasted – who let’s customers take a new product with a promise to pay later in this day and age? Well, then Pat proceeded to install the brake controller in my car for me and even explain the basics while doing it. What a fantastic employee you have Mr. Sutton! He was able to install the new controller in just 15 minutes and still be prepared for a scheduled delivery shortly thereafter. Please extend my thanks to Pat for a superb job. I think he deserves a raise!
I will definitely recommend other people to your dealership in the future.
Thank you for a great experience and for hiring such caring employees,
Jim McDonough
