I wanted to take the time to thank you for the opportunity for purchasing our new Rubicon Toy Hauler. After going to other local dealerships before yours, (originally interested in purchasing a used toy hauler), we felt as if we were being pressured to buy and were treated rudely by their salesmen.
When we came to look at toy haulers at your dealership, we had a wonderful experience working with Kevin Bruce. He was very friendly and was not pushy or pressuring us to buy which was very shocking! He stayed in contact with us regarding the new Rubicon Toy Hauler for a few weeks and gave us tickets to the RV show. We then purchased the toy hauler the next day and absolutely love it!
The environment you have established at your dealership made it very easy for my wife and me to make the decision to purchase a toy hauler from you. It was great to see a company take pride in their products and have employees who are respectful and treat you with respect like Kevin did.
