Just wanted to write a quick note to thank you and your staff for the great service we received at your dealership. We’re the proud new owners of the 1997 Bigfoot travel trailer. We had a blast camping along the ocean the first night and in the mountains on our way home to Minnesota.
I have to admit that we were a little nervous buying something almost 2000 miles away and only having pictures with which to judge our purchase. But after seeing the trailer in person, and dealing with Kevin and Jeremy, all our anxieties quickly faded. Not once did we feel rushed in making our purchase.
Give Jeremy our thanks for telling us about the different campgrounds along the coast, it helped immensely.
Kudos to Heather ( I hope I got her name right ) for a clean and spotless interior. She even gave me a rag to wipe the dirt from my hands after monkeying with my receiver hitch.
You have two other stellar employees that I want to recognize. Jordan Crocker and Lonnie, they took the time to make sure every item worked and functioned the way it is supposed to, or they made the necessary corrections. You must be proud to have them on your payroll, they made every effort to make sure we were satisfied. And we are!
Because of your staff, you can be certain we will brag about your dealership. And if we ever decide to trade up to an Airstream, we know where we’ll go. No question.
