Just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate the way you’ve handled my warranty issue for my Sportsmen Classic trailer. You’ve kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew the status of things.
But you went above and beyond on Thursday, May 10, when you called to tell me my replacement table had arrived from KZ, but that you were concerned about how it looked. After you described the table to me, it was crystal clear that coming to Sutton RV to pick it up, or even look it over, would have been a wasted trip. You immediately offered to send it back and request another replacement, which I agreed to over the phone.
It’s obvious to me from these and my other interactions with Sutton RV that your reputation for great customer service after the sale is well deserved. I’ve sung your praises on the Sportsmen Classic Forum and other travel trailer message boards I participate in, and I’ll continue to be an ambassador for your quality service in appreciation of how well I’m being treated.
